Wedding invitations are the first glimpse into what your guest will experience on your special day. They should express your style as the bride and groom and make an amazing first impression.

Contact me by e-mail at We will set up a time to meet or speak; either in person (clients who live in the Thomasville, Greensboro, Winston (NC) areas or Shelby, NC), via e-mails, or via telephone. During this meeting, the goal is to get an outline of what you envision as your Stationery. The more details you can provide the better. Details can be your color scheme, theme, pictures of inspiration, bridesmaid dresses, other stationery, inspiration boards, etc. Pinterest boards are great! Send me your inspiration.

Before I begin designing your stationery, I require a $100 design fee.  The design fee is nonrefundable.  It is a deposit to protect my work and time that is put into your design.  I will not begin designing your stationery until payment is received. If you choose a design from my portfolio the full amount of this fee will be credited to your final bill.  If you choose to have a custom invitation designed 50% of this fee will be credited to your final bill


You will receive two mock-up designs along with several digital proofs before production. I will keep in contact with you throughout the design process to ensure your satisfaction with the design. 


Upon approval of the design, I will send you a final, detailed bill along with a contract. You will need to return a signed copy of the contract along with a 50% deposit. Production of your invitation will not begin until the deposit is received. Once your order is complete you will be billed the remainder. Once your bill has been paid your order will be delivered or shipped. You can pay the order in full if you wish.


Proofing and the Contract


Please proof your design and wording during every step of the design process. Once you give final written approval (signing the contract) for your design, paperclutch is not responsible for errors including typographical or formatting on the final product. All errors, including spelling, punctuation, layout, format, and typestyle, are the full responsibility of the client. No exceptions.



Credit Cards or checks are accepted.  Any returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
